You cannot throw a loved one out of your heart and mind.
No matter what they have done to you and said to you, you cannot stop loving them. No matter how much they disappoint, neglect, or abuse you with words. If you think you love them, you probably do. It does not matter what others say about them or how they feel because you love them, admit it. Do not tell yourself you don’t love somebody if you do. What you might want to do is make a choice about whether you want this person
to be a part of your life. It is not necessary to stop loving people if you don’t like them. You can choose the type of relationship you want to have with the people you love. You can love from a distance. You can love them and not live with them. You can love them in the deepest part of your being and choose to move on.
You can figure out why to love them if you love them and still choose to move on. You can love them for who they are and what they are; and stop complaining.
I still love you.
